C’s Autohaus is amazing. Talked to Brian before I purchased my 2015 Lamborghini Huracan to make sure they could service the car. Took it there today and Dan (owner) did amazing work. Sent a detailed inspection report which was very much appreciated since this is a new vehicle to me. I highly recommend them for your vehicle needs. The most impressive part is their customer service.

I had my vehicle towed here. Long story short I’m the sole name on the title. Meaning any work done on the vehicle would have to be approved by me by law in the state of Ohio. But C’s allowed someone else to authorize repairs without my knowledge and then releasd the car to someone not being myself. I followed the legal route first step contacting them and asking them to recoup my vehicle. first he says d okay but you will need to pay the bill I said ok. Days go by nothing. I call back ask if my vehicle has been recouped at which time he responded I have nothing for you. Then he refused to provide me his attorney’s information. 3 weeks later my vehicle is no where to be found. And C’s will not return my calls and the attorney never reached out to me.

I wanted an upgrade on my GTI and decided on going to C’s Autohaus. Brian went above and beyond explaining the process and answering all of my questions quickly. I’m very happy with the service provided

Had a 2015 Audi S7 stage one tuned. Easily done and well done. Excellent and friendly service. Waited while it was done in 45 minutes. During that time could tell customers all happy and staff very knowledgeable. Highly recommend and I will be using again.

I was debating on which local shop to take my Mercedes to for a diagnosis (they also ended up giving the car a complete, detailed inspection), and I'm really happy I chose this place. It'll be evident from your first interaction with Brian (and his team) that they're masters of their craft. I was given straight, honest facts as well as different options for repairs (covering different budgets). Scheduling online was easy, diagnosis price was great, and expectations were exceeded!
